We are looking for a tech-savvy & data-driven Technical Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction by providing technical support before and after-sale.
The Technical Account Manager will use analytic dashboards and systems to verify accounts validity, support integration of new accounts (pre/post-sale) & analysis the root cause of abnormalities.
The daily work would be driven by indications from the system (based on accounts activity) and requirements from the customer success team. For each task, the Technical Account Manager would be responsible for understanding the business process, back it up with data from various systems, and suggest a resolution.
To be successful as a Technical Account Manager, you should have excellent technical skills and knowledge, as well as sales ability and interpersonal skills. Ultimately, a good Technical Account Manager is tech-savvy, analytical, and well organized.

Responsibilities:
-Providing technical support to customers before and after-sales.
-Training customers to use their products.
-Answering product-related queries promptly.
-Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Providing reports to stakeholders on product performance.
-Ensuring deliveries arrive on time and in a good condition.
-Tracking account metrics

-Will enjoy data analysis daily
-Ability to efficiently use data oriented systems and analytics (using filtering, query building, aggregations, etc)
-Good technical and product knowledge.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Fluent English
